Shipping limits:
Please call for shipments totaling $150 or more, or for all shipments outside the Continental United States. Shipping charges are per shipping address. Online, fax, and telephone orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise requested. Please provide a street address for shipping, not a Post Office Box.
In order to maintain quality, we only ship certain items during the cooler months. Please see individual items for details. |
Customer guarantee:
Our sealed cans guarantee product freshness for up to one year. Any claims of damaged cans should be made within 10 days of shipment for replacement. |
Return policy:
You may return UPOPENED items for refund within 10 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Personized items may not be returned. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on you billing statement. Return authorization must be obtained before returned items will be accepted for refund.
